How do I get my photo or logo to you?

• We can accept your photo or logo via mail or via email in either jpeg, tiff, gif, or Photoshop formats.

If I mail my photo or logo to you, will it be returned?

• Of course your photo or logo will be returned to you in it's original state. We will scan it and return it to you as soon as possible.

What size does the photo or logo need to be?

• MOST of the time, the size of the original art does not matter, although the quality of the art does. We can not accept photos mailed to us that have scratches, folds or tears in them. If emailing the art, please send it in a resolution of 600 or better. Copy-righted photos must have a signed release from the photographer (we can provide you with a release form if needed).

What is the turn around time of my product?

• Because each product is custom made for you,  there is a minimum delivery time of 2 weeks. Some products may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Contact us for more accurate time frames.

Can you add wording to my photo?

• Yes. We will be glad to add text to your art. 

Can I call you with my order?

• We are happy to assist you with your order over the phone. Because each order is customized, we must have written confirmation of each order placed. This confirmation can be by mail, fax or email.
